1 pork matambrito
Seasoned salt to taste

Preparation:

On this occasion, we’ll tell you that proper cleaning of your grill is extremely important. Firstly, light the fire, once lit, let the flames heat the grill bars, and then clean with a citrus fruit, such as lemon or grapefruit.

Once the fire is completely distributed, spread out the matambrito and let it cook over low heat covered with a sheet of aluminum foil. After 40 minutes, turn the meat over with the help of tongs.

You’ll know it’s cooked when the meat is golden brown. Do not overcook as it could become too dry. Place the meat in a baking dish and shred it with a fork… this is the ideal filling for a delicious sandwich. Build the sandwich with mustard or chimichurri. Enjoy your meal!
