GRILLED STUFFED BURGERS

The classic burgers, but with a surprise that will delight your guests.

INGREDIENTS:

2.2 lbs ground beef
2 Tuscan sausages
2 medium chopped onions
1 tablespoon ground chili
1 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
10.5 oz cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

HOW DO WE PREPARE?

In a bowl, place the ground beef and mix with the filling of the Tuscan sausages. When everything is well mixed, add the chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped onions, ground chili, and salt. Finally, add the egg yolks, mix well, and it’s ready. Next, assemble the burgers by placing cheddar cheese in the middle and sealing them with the bread crumbs.

When ready, place them on the grill over medium heat. Once browned, flip and let them brown well for about 15 more minutes.

TO SERVE

Creamy soy sauce

A delicious touch that will leave your guests wanting more: Place 1 cup of soy sauce in a saucepan and add 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, stir until thickened.

For a truly different burger, play with the types of bread: You can use beetroot or onion buns.

Another foolproof tip is caramelizing the onion: For that, place 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and add a sliced onion… when the onion is soft, add 1 cup of brown sugar, let it melt until it becomes caramel, and remove it before it gets too brown.
