This is the foolproof recipe to become the king of grilled burgers. We propose making your own burgers, with an original and delicious flavor to delight and surprise all your diners.
For 6 double burgers:
1 kg of vacuum steak
150 g of bacon
1 onion
1 cup of parsley
A pinch of oregano
1 egg white
200 g of breadcrumbs
Turmeric to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
150 g of bacon
200 g of cheddar cheese
Red onion
1 package of burger buns
Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard to taste.
Firstly, Grind or process the vacuum steak and bacon together with the onion and a clove of garlic, add the chopped parsley, egg white, and the rest of the seasonings.
Next, add the breadcrumbs and shape the burgers. You can do this with the help of a special mold for burgers or shape them by hand (they will have a much more rustic touch). If the mixture is too dry, add another egg white, and if it is too moist, compensate with breadcrumbs.
You can refrigerate them until ready to use, wrapped in plastic wrap, or grill them directly for 25 minutes over medium heat.
We recommend that when the burgers have their characteristic golden color, cut the buns and place them on the grill to make them crunchier.
Place the bacon on the burgers so that they cook.
Finally, assemble the burgers by placing the bun, sauces to taste, the meat, cheddar cheese, bacon, another meat patty, more cheese, and finally the bun.
We recommend accompanying them with the traditional garlic sauce that goes well with everything.
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
1 large egg
1 cup of oil
1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Parsley to taste
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in the blender with the lemon juice, then add the egg to the mixture, salt, and pepper, and continue blending. While still blending, gradually add the cup of oil to the mixture in a very thin stream. This step is essential, and adding the oil slowly ensures that the garlic sauce reaches the desired consistency and does not separate. If you have someone to help you with this task, even better.
Continue mixing until the garlic sauce reaches the desired consistency. If you want to add parsley, this is the perfect time to do it, by beating it until completely chopped. When it is as thick as you desire, stop stirring and serve in a container to put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
